Dear Mr. President,
At the meeting of June 1, 1937, the New York Psychoanalytic Society voted its unanimous objection to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Proceedings of the International Training Commission (Zeitschrift, 1937, pages 193-194) and to chapter IV - in the 2nd version, chapter III - of the Proceedings of the International Psychoanalytic Association.
