I enjoyed Boeksy’s presentation, and wish to take note of a paper on similar topics (evaluating truth claims, interpreting clinical evidence, importance of eliminating rival hypotheses) that we published in the International Journal of Psychoanalysis: Crouse, Burton, Firestein, Scharf, and Waldron, 2003, vol. 84, pp. 1263-1279.
