THE ASSOCIATION FOR PSYCHOANALYTIC MEDICINE
The monthly meeting of the Association for Psychoanalytic Medicine will be held at the New York Academy of Medicine, 2 East 103rd Street, New York City, on TUESDAY, November 2, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. There will be no collation before this lecture.

The Mary S. Sigourney Award Trust invites all attendees at the January 2011 APsaA meeting to a special award ceremony at 7:00 pm on Friday, January 14, 2011. This years winners, all from Europe, are Dr. Franco Borgogno, Italy, Dr. Peter Fonagy, Great Britain, Dr. Jean-Michel Quinadoz, Switzerland and Dr. Rolf Sandell, Sweden.
In this new format, the four awardees will give brief overviews of their contributions to psychoanalysis in a lecture formay at the Starlight Roof of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, directly after the scheduled plenary presentation in the Grand Ballroom. A reception will follow at 8:15 in the Palm Court adjacent to the formal lecture room and also on the 18th floor of the hotel. Please join us in celebrating these significant psychoanalytic contributors. The Sigourney Award recognizes significant contributions to clinical psychoanalysis or psychoanalytical research throughout the world. Awards are made on a three-year geographic cycle, and the 2010 Award focuses on Western Europe.
