The Hebrew letter Shin or a Mogen Dovid are often on the front of a mezuzzah. If the darker area on the bottom half of the mezuzzah in the photo is a blurred image of a Shin or Mogen Dovid, it’s probably mounted upside down; the Shin/Mogen Dovid is usually on the upper half. From http://internationalpsychoanalysis.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/ArlowPolandPhotos.pdf, that it’s position is reversed seems even more likely.
Other than that the mezuzzah is not mounted on the door frame, not placed to the right of the entrance, not with its bottom angled to the right, and (apparently) affixed up-side-down, it correctly displays a mezuzzah.
