John Fiscalini, PhD, born on January 10, 1938 died on August 3rd, 2008. Dr. Fiscalini earned his Ph.D. from Yeshiva University and completed his post doctoral training at the William Alanson White Institute.

Dear Mr. President,
At the meeting of June 1, 1937, the New York Psychoanalytic Society voted its unanimous objection to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Proceedings of the International Training Commission (Zeitschrift, 1937, pages 193-194) and to chapter IV - in the 2nd version, chapter III - of the Proceedings of the International Psychoanalytic Association.
