Our challenge is in safeguarding core values — individual dignity, respect for diversity, social justice advocacy — as we embrace innovations in psychoanalytic knowledge. Holding this complexity in mind, the conference aims to provide a space to explore the human condition in health and illness. We will view these ideas in relation to clinical experience, based on understanding the intersection of the inner and outer world. We will also continue to build our legacy for the next generation. Join us in our efforts at facing our challenges, and promoting depth and breadth in our insights about contemporary clinical practice.
