Dr. Dorian Feigenbaum, psychoanalyst and a founder and editorin-chief of The Psychoanalytic Quarterly, died early yesterday at his home, 885 Park Avenue, of pneumonia. He was 49 years old. Dr. Feigenbaum, a specialist on paranoia, came to this country in 1924 after having practiced in Austria, Switzerland and Palestine
