Learning Objectives:
Attendees will be able to:
1) describe ethical and legal issues in psychoanalytic practice;
2) discuss alternative approaches to coping with boundary problems, truth-telling to patients, and maintaining confidentiality;
3) discuss the issue of colleagues who have questionable competence; and
4) assess ethical and legal obligation in reporting the conduct of colleagues to professional societies and boards.
A completed evaluation must be submitted at the end of the conference.
